We women love and hate specific parts of our bodies. And yet, we love what we see somebody else wearing and end up buying similar clothes, only to realize later that it doesn't look great on us.  

We end up with a wardrobe full of clothes and yet nothing to wear. Here we are, to help you understand how to look amazing and be your authentic self. 

For the sake of simplifying there are 5 body types: 

  1. Pear or the Triangle

  2. Hourglass 

  3. Apple or the Inverted Triangle

  4. Rectangle

  5. Oval

Pear or the Triangle- This body type has smaller bust and wider hips, with a narrow waist. The general fat gaining tendency is on hips, thighs and arms. 

To balance out your proportions, try clothes that take attention away from the hips and towards your neck, bust and waist. V-neck line, dramatic sleeves, and dresses that are tighter on the waist. You must try these from our collection. 

If you are shorter than 5’3”, try our Petite sizes, if you are taller than 5’6” try our tall sizes and if you are between 5’3” and 5’6”, try our regular sizes.

Hourglass - This body type has a balance between bust and hips and has a narrow waist. The general fat gaining tendency is all over the body and not in specific areas.

With your body type, we bet, you have little to no trouble finding clothes that fit, unless you are shorter or taller than the average junta. If you are shorter than 5’3”, try our Petite sizes, if you are taller than 5’6” try our tall sizes and if you are between 5’3” and 5’6”, you might as well try our regular sizes- because all our clothes have pockets. 

Apple or the Inverted Triangle - This body type has a tendency to gain weight in the upper abdomen, and generally has slender arms and legs. 

You will read several blogs that say you should wear deep necks and show off your cleavage, alas, these bloggers are probably in a first world country. In India, what you need are clothes that can help you show off your slender arms and legs, and take attention away from the abdomen. Try this dress, in your size, just choose your bust size in inches (36, 38, 40, 42, 44.. ) and the right height - Petite, if you are shorter than 5’3”, Regular if your height is in between 5’4” and 5’6” and Tall if you are taller than 5’6”.

Rectangle - This body type has strong broad shoulders and nearly the same measurements of bust, waist and hips. Weight gain and loss happens uniformly throughout the body. 

What you need is a dress that creates an illusion of a defined waistline. Try this dress, in your size, just choose your bust size in inches (36, 38, 40, 42, 44.. ) and the right height - Petite, if you are shorter than 5’3”, Regular if your height is in between 5’4” and 5’6” and Tall if you are taller than 5’6”.

Oval - This body type has a smaller bust and wider hips, with an undefined waistline. Weight gain and loss happens more in the lower abdomen, and the upper stays the same. 

A-line dresses will look amazing on you. You can try this dress out. Remember to choose your height range, before the size.
